As a Content Delivery Manager you will:

  • Organize the workflow according to the content product vision in close interaction with Head of Content
  • Keep Scrum and Kanban processes in the Content team up and running, set up the best development process (principles, rules, timing, KPIs)
  • Solve technical issues and questions of the content development (managing in-house staff, creating and updating a pool of freelancers, working with content agencies and a Managing Editor from the US, defining resources and drafting budgets)
  • Manage people (Content team allocation and forming, hiring new people)
  • Ensure collaboration of the Content team with other teams and manage dependencies (technical and organizational)
  • Escalate and solve issues within and without the Content team

We expect that you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in team management (content/digital/SMM/advertising etc.) preferably in companies with the core audience located in the US
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent English – both spoken and written
  • Proactive thinking, reliability, stress resistance, flexibility

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience working as an editor or copywriter
  • Experience working in a world-known publishing house or an online media
  • Experience in living or working abroad (US, UK)
