Responsibilities:

  • Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the customers and help the sales team
  • Brainstorm new creative growth strategies, and collaborate with the team to launch fast experiments
  • Create sales materials, pitches, and case studies for the existing and potential customers
  • Create and launch email blast campaigns to target partners
  • Manage activities of an outsourced team of content writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.: TOR creation, processes facilitation, results measurement, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, in-app promotions, etc., and optimize the customer experience
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and sales and account managers to create promotional concepts
  • Create, edit, and proofread engaging content and manage its distribution across all applicable channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Background of the ideal Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Proven work experience in digital B2B marketing in the US market
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Articulate and poised with a clear and concise communication style. An excellent spoken and written business English is a must
  • Possesses knowledge of trends, best practices, and key metrics in B2B and digital marketing
  • Highly energetic, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently to deliver results in due time
  • Eager to work in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Team player
  • A well-organized, proactive, agile minded person who can resolve issues on the go with strong attention to details
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot or/and Pipedrive) is plus
