Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • own Flo’s Learning & Development Strategy, including organizational gap needs analysis, budgeting, and policy creation;
  • build a scalable process to service Flo’s growing learning and development needs including request management, approvals, budgetary control, analytics, and insights;
  • organize internal and external training and learning processes, both off- and online;
  • continuously analyze learning and development needs of the company;
  • create short- and long-term plans for staff training;
  • research the market of educational services and partner with the most suitable vendors for external corporate training;
  • develop training programs and educational materials;
  • establish and embed personal development plans and growth frameworks;
  • deliver and facilitate team building events, using market-leading tools and practices (psychometric profiling, team profiling, 360s, team conflicts analysis etc);
  • host and maintain training materials (video courses, presentations, etc.) on specialized boards;
  • managing the LMS - the organization’s learning platform used by staff across;
  • maintain the company’s off- and online libraries.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the L&D field;
  • experience in planning and organizing off- and online trainings/seminars;
  • knowledge of the learning and training market;
  • advanced written and spoken English and Russian;
  • strong business acumen in organizational needs analysis and prioritization;
  • coaching and facilitation qualifications;
  • focus on being proactive and result-oriented, attentive to details with a high level of self-discipline.
