Security Product Manager

Already 36 million women and girls use Flo monthly in order to make healthier choices and live a well-balanced life, with nearly 7 million in the US alone making Flo #1 period tracker for American women and girls. Since August Flo has been the most downloaded Health app in the AppStore. 

Role is open to all locations across the U.K. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partners with business stakeholders on problem definition & drive alignment on business goals, Cybersecurity goals and defining target OKRs for the features or releases to Flo. (Jira, Security Projects e.g. SIEM, SAST/DAST and ISO).

  • Contributes to user stories/requirements, works with stakeholders to identify ROI/business value; leads prioritization of security backlog from Jira; Creates and maintains user items such as artifacts on Confluence.

  • Leads the team's stand ups, retro's, OKR and planning sessions.
  • Partners closely with technology teams to capture and prioritize design elements within each feature and helps us drive world class security solutions and features.

  • Effectively partners and collaborates with both senior managers and working teams to position and support engagementsfor prioritisation and ownership across multiple deliverables and cross-team initiatives (Drives OKRs, Jira tickets, ADRs, Project Implementation and Initiatives).

  • Creates product update communications independently varying from release announcements to content for executive review and decision making.

  • Drives the team's plans for innovative product and security features or enhancements.

     

  • Manages security team product enhancements roadmap, project boards and jira workflow.

  • Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience within Information Security or Compliance within a Product based company.
  • Background in driving product features and/or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build solid relationships with surrounding teams
  • Must be experienced in using Jira and Confluence.
