Senior Product Analyst

Media Analytics | Minsk, Belarus (Remote)

What you will do:

You will be integrated into Media product stream and work with the team to increase engagement and retention in content consumption by improving the UI, personalization, and introducing new content formats:

  • Explore data to answer high-level questions (e.g. “How to activate more users in content consumption?”)
  • Help the team to understand which high-level goals of the company can be influenced, determine proxy metrics and monitor them
  • Participate in the prioritization of hypotheses using data
  • Define success metrics, design, run experiments and make recommendations based on analysis results
  • Independently research user logs and survey data to find growth points


  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst
  • Own examples of product improvement using analytics
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic product metrics
  • Experience with AB testing, knowledge of statistics for experiments
  • Advanced SQL
  • Python / R for data analysis
  • Experience in data visualization in Python / Looker / Tableau
