Flo Health Digital Accessibility Statement
This is the accessibility statement for the following digital products run by Flo Health UK Limited (“we,” “us,” “our digital products”):
How we’re making our digital products accessible
Here at Flo Health, we want our digital products to be enjoyable for everyone, so we are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion.
We take the following measures to remove possible barriers to and improve the accessibility of our digital products:
- Making accessibility a core part of our mission statement, internal policies, guidelines, and practices, including our product development lifecycle
- Appointing a dedicated accessibility product manager, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer
- Providing continual accessibility training for staff involved in the design and development of our digital products
- Creating a network of internal accessibility champions to share best practices and streamline embedding accessibility requirements into the product development lifecycle
- Assigning clear accessibility goals and responsibilities to teams involved in the design and development of our digital products
- Complying with formal accessibility quality assurance methods
- Partnering with Evinced to build an accessible software development pipeline
Our current conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is an international standard that explains how to make online content more accessible to people with disabilities. The guidelines define three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. Our digital products are partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the requirements of the standard currently, but we are constantly working towards improving our digital accessibility stance.
Our assessment approach
We assessed the accessibility of our digital products by self-evaluation.
Your feedback and how to report problems
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our digital products and would be happy to address your accessibility needs.
Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers within any of our digital products by contacting us through:
- Email address: support@flo.health
- Postal address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom
We will try to respond to your feedback within five business days. Upon your contact and should you be interested, we might also invite you to share your feedback verbally with our product team to help us build more accessible products.
