What You’ll Do:
  • day-to-day performance of paid acquisition and retargeting channels;
  • ensuring marketing campaigns worldwide on Facebook/Snapchat/TikTok, which are driving high quality users efficiently, with a focus on high ROAS and scale;
  • looking for platform trends and best practices in order to apply them to Flo UA; 
  • partner with creative team to develop creatives that will deliver the highest value on scale;
  • collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new optimization approaches, audience segments, and overall growth opportunities;
  • monitor, track and report key metrics.
 
What You’ll Need:
  • upper-intermediate or advanced English level; 
  • 2+ years of performance marketing experience in a mobile app company or a digital marketing agency;
  • experience running UA campaigns internationally;
  • demonstrated track record of executing paid acquisition campaigns in Facebook or other UA channel;
  • desire to explore and learn new sources of traffic.
