- Increase organic downloads and conversion rate optimization for the App and Play Store presence using methods of ASO;
- Improve app rankings in search results in all app stores;
- Develop and test metadata and creative concepts for the app page in the store (both textual and visual), in order to increase conversion and visibility;
- Brief designers and translators on creative experiments as well as the localization of app store assets;
- Monitor, track and report key metrics;
- Track competitor performance per country and conduct analysis for finding hidden potential;
- Follow and apply all the latest changes & opportunities of iTunes & Google Play stores;
- Deliver ongoing competitive analysis, making changes and applying new approaches to continually refine overall ASO impact;
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, UA, Support and Brand teams.
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English level. Additional foreign language/s at intermediate+ level is a huge plus;
- At least 2+ year of experience in the position of ASO Manager or similar role;
- Passion for learning and searching for new marketing tactics;
- Familiarity with ASO tools;
- Experienced with A/B testing and data analysis;
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good organizational skills, detail orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial.
