  • 3+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst in finance related processes automation and integration projects.
  • Higher BA, technical or financial education, BA courses passed.
  • Ability to collect, present and translate elicit, analyze and document the requirements from customer (as practice, finance department) to developers.
  • Excellent judgement, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven business process mapping and analysis skills
  • Knowledge and using BPMN, UML
  • High level understanding of main financial processes (P2P, OTC, RTR, etc.) and their main steps/players
  • Good experience in requirement management (incl. scope management, change requests, tracing the requirements).
  • First class communication skills with the ability to adapt communications to the audience and simplify complex matters
  • Capable of demonstrating complex problem-solving skills
  • English of at least Upper-Intermediate level
  • Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply Agile project methodology, understanding of BA role in there is a strong plus.
  • Experience in working with Atlassian and G-Suit services.
  • Proactive position, ability to work both independently and as a part of team.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Work in SOX-compliant company would be beneficial


  • Act as communication bridge between Finance and Development Teams.
  • Make requirements clear enough that the development could not be blocked by waiting for the clarifications.
  • Create and manage project documentation.
  • Requirements gathering and management
  • Managing process documentation (Visio/Aris/SparX Enterprise or other relevant tools)
  • Act as project manager from the finance department side in a range of cross functional initiatives
  • Maintain a common knowledge framework and project requirements up to date.
  • Facilitate optimization of internal finance and Company’s processes, challenge existing processes and advise improvements.
