Already 36 million women and girls use Flo monthly in order to make healthier choices and live a well-balanced life, with nearly 7 million in the US alone making Flo #1 period tracker for American women and girls. Since August Flo has been the most downloaded Health app in the AppStore. 

We are in a very special moment in world history where building a special product for women has become possible. We started getting the right recognition from the investors, we started believing we will have enough strength to go and face a lot of taboos, issues, stigmas. We started believing women know that they deserve world class products that care about them and are built for them. 

We are now hiring for a Product Manager for our Pregnancy team that sits within our User-Centric Stream. 

You will be working with a team of content managers, doctors, designers and in close connection with the engineering team to bring the user experience in our Pregnancy segment to the next level.
As a Product Manager (Pregnancy) your main challenges will be:
1. To find out what needs/problems users and user segments have and how to solve these problems with the help of content and new product features.
2. To increase the number of trials to the subscription through the content by understanding what content (formats, topics) users are willing to pay for.
3. Based on metrics and analysis suggest how to increase engagement and retention in the Flo application, which features/content need to be added/removed/re-created.
The day-to-day of a PM:
+ running and designing experiments w/data analysts and researchers to improve the metrics
+ working w/developers and product designers to come up w/user centric solutions to bring on the experience the users want
+ constantly giving input and actively improving the processes around content & features production and release (because without that you can't deliver)
+ updating the team on the reasons behind the product decisions being made (data reports and landing strategy on the short-term action plans)
+ lead the plannings and the grooming of the teams sprint initiatives
Qualities and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management working with mobile technology products for English speaking user
  • Track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful consumer product launched
  • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with engineers and designers
  • Using data analytics for data-driven product decisions
